Make your own mindfulness

​One of my more universal goals in life – they aren’t all off the wall and random – is mind over matter. Or at least mind in harmony with matter. It’s a daily routine that I index under mindfulness. It is a type of meditation where I turn off the music and listen to the wind rustling the treetops. I think, I am unmoveable like that tree, whilst being infinitely moved. I think, this would have bored me yesterday. But it is not yesterday. It is today.
